An Empowerment Seminar for young girls: "It's All About You!". This event promotes not only healthy self-esteem and self-image, but also provide practical tools for overcoming many of the issues that affect today's young girls such as peer pressure, bullying, purpose in life, being different is okay and so much more!
The seminar, aimed at young girls ages 8-18, is about being okay with who you are! Latrese helps girls discover their own uniqueness based on their natural talents and abilities, how to deal with peer pressure, make positive choices, and increase their confidence, body image and self esteem. Girls also learn how to become leaders in their own lives by being assertive, taking risks, standing up for what they believe in, and using their voice and actions to truly lead by example.
These events are designed to empower girls to focus on inner beauty, positive self-esteem and appreciation. Our program is designed to help them be successful in every area of their lives. They will gain skills and tools that will enhance their inner belief system so that they will create a positive environment and future. This can be mastered by empowering them from the inside out. The key skills the girls gain at ALL ABOUT YOU assist them to grow up into successful women.
